    Hi folks ~

So ---- I read people's impressions of SP1 with interest when it was first released, and then decided to just wait for Windows Update to tell me when to install. Well, it's several months later, and still no SP1 for me. The Windows Update website tells me that SP1 should be popping up on my recommended downloads, but I still haven't seen it.

Just curious if most folks have already downloaded SP1. Also curious if most/any SZ/VAIO users have been handed SP1 through Windows Update.. b/c I sure haven't seen it.

    THANKS!

Check "FAQ & Solutions" section on Sony support site for your model, there should be an article named "Cannot install the Windows Vista® Service Pack 1 (SP1) update using the Windows® Update utility". If the model in your signature is correct then the page is http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/model-faq.pl?mdl=VGNSZ780N
