Does anyone here know what lubricant to use for the SZ fan? I know its supposed to be some kind of grease. Can anyone give any suggestions on what type or brand? Does Shinitzu (wrong spelling) work? Thanks

your question can be interpreted many different ways..

but although I don't own a Sony SZ myself, I am sure that all lubes will work fine. hell, if you don't mind the smell, go get some oil left after cooking and smear it on. Unsanitary, but same effect in the end.

What kind of answer is this ???
    oil left after cooking?

You'll need a silicon based lubricant

So would you say Shin-Etsu is good. This is the same grease used for my honda and it says it is silicone based. Its also an expensive tube, like 40+ bucks. I just want to apply it to the fan to make this quiet thing even quiter! or just work better considering how the factory applies things themselve (like the thermal compound in the processor).

you need a very fluid lubricant. Those fans have a tiny motor... i don't know what this oil ease and why you would use it for in a Honda.
