    hi everyone.
because of some nasty trojans i had to format the drive and re-install windows on my sister's laptop. it's a vaio n11-serie (i have no idea what's this model's full name though... and she's in italy and a little incompetent). anyway, i installed a new windows 7 on her laptop and then she left. today, while trying to talk through skype, we discovered that the microphone and the motion eye camera both don't work.
the troubleshooting on the vaio support website tells me to look for drivers on the computer. but is it possible for the drivers to be there after formatting the hard drive? i don't even know how to look for them and i can't seem to find any place at all where i could download the drivers for her. please, could anyone help me? how can i fix this? it's almost the only way we can contact eachother now.
