    for reinstall OS, i made some change in BOIS, but when i restart, my Z-690 freezed on the screen of the logo"vaio". i tryed f2 to access BIOS, but it wont work.

    somebody could give me some advise??? thanks!

    Go back in to your BIOS (assuming that you can) & reset the BIOS to the default values. If this doesn't resolve your issue, it most likely has nothing to do with the BIOS changes that you made.

    A bad BIOS flash!? Taking that you meant by "making changes" to the BIOS, now that you cannot access the BIOS itself.

    If your notebook is bricked at the moment, and won't get past BIOS, then try resetting the CMOS battery.

    thanks to u all ! sony customer service said the hardware had some problem, and changed the mainboard.
