In April 2009 I bought a Sony vaio vgn fw 31zj laptop with ident number: 28286460-50000201. The system worked fine until about to two weeks ago when the keyboard unit was crashed. Some keys don’t work properly so I was constrained to buy another keyboard. I’m a bit confused because I didn’t play any games using the keyboard, no poured any liquid on it, in no any circumstances or accidentally; on the contrary the laptop is used in very clear environment, for net browsing and email communications. I can not believe that a Sony’s brand gets in trouble after only four years. I contacted a sony agreed repair centre and I was surprised to know I have to pay 130 euro for keyboard unit. Unacceptable isn’t it? I want you to comment this situation and I wish to know if I made any mistakes and to take a notice in order to protect my laptop in future. Anyway I’m still confused and I don’t hesitate to share my opinion to everyone, about sony’s products and I’ll proceed to spread this message around of world.
    Thank for your time.
