need advice with my vaio Z

hi .. my English not good but i will describe the problem ..

i bought my vaio z from company who deal with the sony.com and i think sony.com make special machine for this company. company only sell the vaio`s they not fix or replace ..

my machine VGN-z591U
when i start my vaio it takes around 10 min to open the wirless network and also happen with the power when i want to change the power plan for example to change between balanced to high performance or to maximum battery life it not work and when you cross the pointers to it to make change the pointer being on loading or stick which not allowing you to select any thing after around 10 min you can select the plan and also the wirless network as well when you click on the connection there is nothing happen until several min passes ..
this thing when the power charge plugged in the vaio and when i plug off the cable power its delay and hang and what i mention above occurs twice - the performance and opening data and files is going normal but in the software issue i found these problems .. when i START my vaio ..

other thing is when i open some photos it takes around 15 sec to open not all some images and that happen on the first click and when i try again its open directly !!
and some error notification pops up when i start vaio every time ..

every time i open network and sharing center its hung and not working at all.

the problem seems in the software and this - the software i didnt change it even i don't know how to do that too

am not sure if there problems from the beginning and there is not recovery CD with the vaio and i dont know what should i do.

need your advice should i format the machine ? should i sent it to any shop to do that for me - because i dont know how to do it or the problem from some thing els..

i have installed several programs in the vaio is that make there problems ..

any questions i will do it to you to test my vaio to analyze the problem .

 

There is a recovery utility in the menu, from there you can burn your recovery DVDs by yourselves.
After that try to recovery your whole system from the Disc.
Test your system make sure it works fine before install other program.

 

how can i recover hole system - which disc ?
there is no cd's came with my vaio or the recovery done by vaio it self ? how is that done !!

 

Hi,
You should have a program called Vaio Recovery Center installed. Running this will allow you to create a set of recovery DVDs.
These can be used to re-install the system. Make sure that you try copying the files on the DVD's to a temporary folder just to check that they have been written correctly before you start. I made two sets just to be safe.

after recovery its order 2 DVD's, what is the nest step ? how can i restore the system or fix it ?

لما تعيد التشغيل بتشوف مكتوب لك Boot from disc اضغط اي مفتاح عطول اول ما تشوفه

الحين بيتفح لك برنامج الاستعادة للنظام اختار استعادة النظام كاملاً مع الغاء خيارات المستخدم أو يكون اسمه استعادة النظام و تدمير كافة الملفات القديمة
