    Is the camera recognised in Device Manager?
    If no, the install the VGP-VCC2 camera driver.

    If the correct driver is installed then you'll need these 2 utilities;
    VAIO Camera Utility (2.0.00.11140)
    VAIO Camera Capture Utility (2.1.00.13100)

    If you're still stick then have a read of this.
