    i need the Notebook Control and Utilities programs that were shipped with the laptop i erased them and now i can t find them anywhere can anyone help me out please?? thx

    i cann t find my model and i instaled the software for the closest model to mine but it doesnt work :((

    Try using the recovery software to reinstall them.

    Also what region is your fz21e from? Europe?

    yes i got it but now i have another problem, my head phones don t work can u please tell me what should i install to make them work i m guessing the mic jack is not working either :(
