    new sony vaio flip 15 not shutting down correctly

    Hi, I bought a sony vaio flip in November. the flip 15 version. Shortly after i got it i upgraded the OS to windows 8.1 Shortly after that it fails to shut down correctly. When I tell it to shut down it does, but then 10 seconds later it automatically turns on and shows me a gray "VAIO Care (Rescue Mode) screen. I have attached a pic of it. I thought that it might be from the screen hitting the small assist button above the keyboard when it is closed but that is not the case as it does it even if i keep it open.

    Any ideas?
