Thanks - the engadget article didn't have as much info on the weights for the 14 and 15. I'm bummed the 13" didn't have an RJ45 connector considering the 14" is only .7" inch larger screen but weighs about 1.5 pounds more!

Any thoughts on the Pro Duo 13 vs the Fit A 13"? I had been planning on the Duo but am now leaning towards the Fit. Thanks.

Glad I waited on picking up a system. My laptop's hindge broke over the weekend (but its still useable). The Flip 13 seems like a great machine with everything I had been wanting. Any idea on availability I read an article and they said October.

The location of the flip makes it appear fragile - I'm curious to find out how these hold up in a few months. I prefer the flip on the yoga but I prefer Sony laptops in general. Sony VAIO FIT multi-flip pc - YouTube The reverse mode is a useless feature for most as who can type and use the mouse without looking at the screen? And if I just want to show someone across from me what I'm looking at just flipping the whole laptop towards them is much easier then unlocking the screen, then flipping the screen.

Just wondering if Tap 11 is water proof or at least resistant like Tablet Z.

For all the concern about the Duo 11 sliding mechanism/hinge, it was much ado about nothing. I can say nearly one year later it is as it was day one. I am not really using it now because I've moved onto the Pro 13. The Flip looks to be the perfect blend of the Duo/Pro, assuming the new m.2 SSDs. And I love the form factor of the Tap 11, which I may get to replace both my Acer Iconia W and the SOny Tablet S. I wonder what the weight on the Tap 11 is.

The Flip 15 goes up to 16GB. The specs on one European model say 8GB for the Flip 13/14, but if it's a full slot open - 12GB is possible.

The only thing which I am not happy about is the touchpad - looks to be the same on the Flip as the one on the Pro which I hate.
