I bought a FZ and I recieved it today along with another FZ for my uncle. I've passed the CrystalDiskInfo to both, and here are the results: first one : 16 counts, 6 hours, 2nd: 528 hours, 156 counts.

I don't think that's normal, it has been probably of other client and then repaired? or just without probably? Can I turn it back claiming that? 528 hours used, with 156 reboots isn't exactly new.

I personally think that even 16 counts is excessive for testing purposes...but the second machine should definitely be sent back. Although they're probably just going to tell you CrystalDiskInfo is not correct and it was a brand new machine.

    This is only HDD report.

Since HDD are OEM, they might have put in some refurbished HDD or something similar. No way they gonna replace the notebook based on this little sofware.

No way? come on, that could be true or couldn't, and it's more probable it may have been used than the case you say, why would they risk the entire laptop for just a hd? besides, if I'm buying a new laptop I don't want a hd used for half year.

    Anyone know any other test?

If you're buying a new computer it should have new parts. Why in the world would you spend more money to buy a new computer if the company put in refurbished parts?

They are getting rid of their inventory to get ready for the FWs so they are just peicing together as many as they can to get rid of the uselass FZ parts....?

I've already gave it back, they didn't say a ****, NOTHING, such a swindlers, they knew it, it seemed to me like they do it pretty often, 95% of the people don't test something like that, now I'll get a FW.
