    hey everyone,
this might be a stupid question, but I've searched the forums and can't find any useful information.

I'm using a vaio TX3HP/W upgraded to vista, and a vaio bluetooth mouse. I'm using the toshiba stack software. After a period of not using the mouse, it switches itself off and the bluetooth connection is lost.

When I wish to wake the mouse up again, I have to press the button on the bottom, and then open my bluetooth connections box and double-click the mouse icon to re-establish the connection.

My question is this: when i push the power button on the bottom of the mouse, is there a way that i can make the laptop automatically connect the mouse, without me having to open up the bluetooth manager and connect it myself? It would be so much easier to just push a button on the mouse and have it connect by itself.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Try entering a PassKey, and telling Windows to automatically connect to nearby BT devices.
