    1st time poster -hi everyone.
    I have a sony vpcf11s1e -(pcg8111m) laptop -bought brand new over 2yrs ago- which developed a charging fault- after numerous exchanges with Sony they decided that it was my fault even though laptop was just over 6 months old.

    After putting up with a dodgy charger -i have decided to replace the dc power jack myself and save myself over £80.
    Can anyone help with a part number for this model - i have briefly opened up the laptop and it is not a soldered unit but on a a cable? any help please?
