    pls help cannot enable wwan on sony z134GX/B

    i have a sony z with verizon wwan card, when i can turn on gobi 2000 and GPS but i cannot find any relevant information in device manger , i cannot see Qualcomm Gobi 2000 HS-USB Modem 9225 on device list ! when i run vza manager and one click internet program , but the device is not found !

    i am sure that my computer have gobi 2000 wwan card installed on it ! pls help me to fix,

    i have re install several driver gobi from sony and smart wii !

    What shows the SmartWii utility? It should show a switch above the WLAN where you can enable your Gobi card. If it is not there I will try to support you to find a solution.

    show like this, thanks in advance, i can switch the button on off above gobi symbol in the picture below, but cannot see any gobi qualcom device in device manager !,

    thanks all, just have fixed on my own , must insert battery and use smart network manager !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    What is smart network manager? Not SmartWii?

    I had the same problem a couple of times. The causes are unknown. My solution was open the vz manager and then switch the on/off button in SmartWii very quickly on off on off on off. The the device starts. Which is a pain.

    no, when it is older version of smartwi, pls try with the program, hope it helpd you fix the problem !
