This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I'm sure there will be, there has been in the last 2 SZ series. The new processor hasn't been released yet, so I'm thinking they'll have something up around the time it will come out.

    When is it getting released? I've been waiting since December and I'm getting a little inpatient!
    Is any other manufacturer shipping penryn laptops yet?

    www.portableone.com says they will start shipping the week of 28th(I'm assuming January) thread here: http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=208932 if you'd like to post a further inquiry.

    I don't know of any manufacturers that have released a Penryn laptop.
