i made a free program to fix that proplem in vaio camera

that the screen of the camera be blue without any reason

Problem? What problem? I don't recall anyone reporting any blue screen issue with the VAIO cameras.

Sorry if I sound paranoid, but a new user signs up today, posts a link to an executable file for a problem we have never heard of. Hmmm, sounds a bit dicey to me. Tread carefully folks till someone has a chance to carefully test this out or we we hear a bit more from pistolamigo.

EDIT: There is a thread with a report about a blue screen issue, so this MIGHT be legit. But if you try this out make sure you have an image of your hard drive to fall back to. Note to pistolamigo, please don't take offense at my sounding concerned here but it is quite unusual for a brand new user to be asking folks to install an executable file on their machines. I hope you understand that concern.

a solution for this problem , why i dont share it with this forum ,

if you ( some how ) think it is a virus or a trojan or anything of

this , open your security program ( norton , kaspersky , avg ... ) i dont

care , just open it , and install my program , unless you dont trust

You surely feel confident about yourself and your program. I never heard of this problem but I hope it can help someone

 

I am not trying to suggest you are a hacker. But folks need to be very careful. I realize the issue DOES exist for some users, I don't have the issue so I can't test this.

Not knowing WHAT the app does, since you have told us nothing of what it actually does, I would be concerned with what changes it tries to make to my system. Especially since you said you are new to VB.NEt.

If folks had some idea how it works they might be more inclined to try it out.

I scanned the file and there is no virus or spware or anything, but I think you should give some more details to exactly what it does. And no, it is not sticky worthy.

i will tell every one about what my program does ,,,,

ok ? ,,

the program read some driver details , ( the camera )

then , there is two buttons on it , one for vista 32bit ,

and the other for 86bit , you have to chose one ,

and then , the program will open a setup ( driver update , repair )

,, and vista security will give you ( cancel , allow ) screen ,

if you looked on the program details in the security screen ,

you will find the setup published by microsoft , so there is nothing to

worry about , and dont say inside your selfs >> maybe he make the details

like microsoft << , i say no , becouse i cant play with high level security
