My Sony Vaio FE790P arrived yesterday. Initially, I had some wireless connection problems so I called up Sony asking how to set up the wireless conecction. They told me to delete Norton AntiVirus(as they assumed that was the problem), but that was not the problem at all! Anyways, Sony didn't help me fix the problem and after the call, I tried to figure it out myself and finally, I had connection to internet. So, my question is how do I get Norton Antivirus back on my computer after the Sony person told me to delete it in add/remove :(..now it's gone...eh.. Also, how do I get the motion eye camera to work? I tried going to Start>>All Programs>>Bluetooth>>Remote Camera, but there's just a box that pops up with a "!" Icon that says "Bluetooth Information Exchanger will start first. Application will automatically restart once Bluetooth Information Exchanger has started. Please wait..." And this box remains there for a longgg time (more than a few minutes) and the motion eye camera does not start or do anything? Am I doing something work? Am I at the wrong place? Thanks for the replies, I appreciate it.

I have Sony SZ so your software might be slightly different. Use your Recovery DVD if you made one or use VAIO Recovery Program under VAIO Support Central.

The built in Motion Eye camera is not Blue Tooth. Use Windows Movie Maker -> Capture from Video Device to verify that your camera works fine.

[to hendra] Thanks for the advice, now I know how to take videos using the motion eye camera..but I thought it took pictures too? (or was I misleaded?) How do I go about doing that? Also..I think I'm going to send in a question to Sony about the Norton dilemma.
