I have a Z13 you could see in my signature,i didn't use to much the battery most of the time it stood in the freezer so from january when i bought my Z13 i used the battery 1 time the rest of the time it stood in the freezer so i'm not sure that it keeps the notebook to much time working on battery and now i have a lot of travels to do and need the battery so i was thinking if sony could change it on the warranty so in case it won't stay to much charged i don't need to buy a new one :(

I'm still not sure I understand the question and more precisely whether your battery is not working properly and why Sony would replace it at all, but the warranty of the battery itself depends on the country. In Europe it is 6 Months.

If you put your battery into a freezer, why do you want Sony to replace it on warranty? I mean, put your battery into the laptop, charge it, check the estimated duration and you know what's going on. If the battery is not in good condition anymore, it's your own fault. A new one costs around 80-100 EUR.
