    hi,there. a weeks ago, i've fully charged my sz650's battery, then just leave it there. today when i open it, i noticed that the battery level drops to 65%-70%. it's weired, isn't it? casue i supposed it should be around 95%-100%. is there anything wrong with my battery? thanks.

    Mine does the same... at first its like 1% an hour for the first 10 hours, then it seems to slow down some. After 1 week, I had 50% remaining. The battery loses charge even when turned off. Sony needs to fix this; for now you can avoid this by removing the battery from the laptop when it is turned off.

    thanks for the advise, but if i removed the baterry, wouldn't that allow the dust to come into the notebook more easyer??

    was it in sleep mode or hibernation? sleep still drains the battery

    I take my battery out when I'm at my desk so it doesn't heat up as much. I did not see any vents where dust could get inside, so I'm not really worried about it,
