took out 6 screws on bottom plate ...no screws whatsoever under battery ...tried to lift keyboard from top edge ...lifts left and right but not middle ...bent it a little (plastic, will return to shape) ...cannot figure how to get under it to get at the RAM card to put in the 2gb upgrade ...called sony ...what a crock ...couldn't even speak inglich ...didn't know what my model is ...unreal ...oh well ...anyone know what to do? I don't wanna ruin my new netbook ...!!

oh, yeah ...it's a model from the EU sold in England and I got it in Belgium ...otherwise looks just like a model VPCM11M1E sold in the USA ...I am amazed ...my trusty old IBM x31 took me less that 1 minute to install the RAM upgrade a few years ago ...oh well...sony usta be sooo good!!
