I recently purchased a Sony Vaio AR590CTO from Sony Style Online. Customer Sales was rep was great, very helpful, etc. My tentative ship date was today, but I called and now it is being built and will be shipped in 10 days.
My questions are these.
1. Has anyone else had these issues, and have they been able to get any money back from Sony or maybe a carrycase or even a warranty thrown in for their troubles?
2. I added office in for my package, as well as some video and photo editing software. Cheap compared to the full versions. Can I get Sony to send me the recovery discs plus the software that I purchased?
3. Anyone else out there have a AR570/590 series and how do they like it? I will be using mine for video/photo editing primarily and hopefully some web design in the future.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
