For those that have it, I was wondering on average how much do you guys think the battery slice gives you? I was hoping that if I could get around 9 hours of battery life total (laptop + slice) I would seriously get one. This is assuming all you're doing is typing and some web browsing. On the main battery I get around 4ish hours maybe 5 if I turn it all the way down and do nothing but typing.

I get about 10~11 hours total with the laptop on stamina mode (Balanced, not power saver). This is with frequent turning on/off of the laptop, wifi on, some youtubing, and a lot of MS Office.

So pretty much it doubles the battery life purely from the stock batt.

Given that it has exactly the same capacity as the built in battery, if you don't double your battery life you're doing something wrong :) If you get 4 hours now, you will get 8 hours total. For just typing with brightness low and wifi/BT/3G off you should get 12+ hours.

And it's very confortable and lightweight. Easy to remove when you don't need it. Compare that to the Dell extended... ugh that was ugly
