I have read comments that you can undervolt the processor to make the s460 less hot, and you can overclock the graphics card to make it work better. Where can I find detailed instuctions on how to do each? Also does undervolting cut down on performance, and does overclocking the graphics card harm the computer in certain circumstances? Thanks for your help in advance.

centrio hardware control. Download it and you can do both. I posted how to do it before somewhere on notebookreview if you can find the post.

Please forgive my resurrecting a 1+ year old thread (Not sure how bad that may be here), but I was wondering if there were any developments in this area in regards to other VAIO series laptops?

I'm specifically wondering what overclock tools/methods, if any, are applicable to the FS series. (8900, in particular)

For instance, I'm unaware which IC is used in my model, and if the other VAIO variations of SetFSB might work or not.

Hope you can help. Thanks. :)
