    hi
    i have a vaio FE model
    the problem is that when i tried to open the back cover of the vaio, one screw didnt come out.
    later i found out that the head of the screw was damaged due to the screw driver i used. is there anyway i can get it out...help appreciated

    First of all never try to open a laptop when it's hot. Most of the stripping occurs if you try to open a laptop when it's hot, and due to expansion the screw will not come out. The are several expensive tools available for stripped screw (google). But my best bet will be to use a flathead screw drive for phillips head screw. Press hard on the head and most of the time you'll get a grip.
