hi great forum, just been snooping about and there's loads of info.

can anyone help me with a small problem. i have a uk, vgn fz11z.

while i am delighted with the laptop, both shift keys have recently stopped working.

this is a nightmare. i have tried to do a system restore back to the factory settings but this hasn't fixed it. all the other keys are working normaly.

any ideas on how to fix this or will i need to send it back to sony...

    thanks james :(
