    I am talking to this lady who bought it for her son. But now she wants to sell it. It's only 2 weeks old. it doesn't have the box. She said she already called sony and set it up so they know the warranty is going to be transferred.

    she said it comes with the ac adaptor and the manual. but no vista cd.

    what should I do? good deal? or should I wait for a couple of month when they prices of the used stuff goes down?

    But seriously, it's almost too good to be true. If she transfers the warranty you know it's ok though.

    As long as it is legit, it is a GREAT DEAL. And yeah, Sony doesn't give you VISTA CD so she is not lying about that. HOWEVER, I would ONLY USE PAYPAL.

    I might get it anyway. and eventually turn it around. I would already bought it if I sold my Asus. paypal does only protect you if you buy on through ebay. Their policy has changed.

    I think she is legit. I checked her out on the internet, her workplace came up. Also she agreed on taking pictures with my name written on a piece of paper. In addition she had nothing against calling Sony to double check.
