hey guys I have a problem which is really bugging me.
so in stamina and speed mode, I put the computer to sleep at times, and what happens is that it does not do anything, the lights of the computer are still on, and it just stays there. if I open the lid, the screen is black as if it was sleeping, but all the lights are on . If i move the mouse or anything (task manager, nothing), nothing happens (even after waiting for 10 minutes). and I end up having to force shutdown because it just wont respond and now I cannot put the computer in sleep mode (which i do so often). It happens with both graphics cards, so i dont really know whats goin on, maybe i need to update drivers? and the thing is that sleep sometimes works, and sometimes I have to do what i mentioned above, so its a hit or miss, but very annoying. (plus i dont like forcing the computer to shut down).
Maybe i should update my nvidia driver from laptopvideo2go? but i dont know how to look for drivers in that website. can somebody maybe help me out with a link or any solutions to this problem?
thanks in advance.

hey,
That would really bug me too! I suppose the easiest way is to do a full system restore back to factory defaults or if you did a down grade to xp just do a full format and re install all the drivers again. I have to do this aswell in the next few weeks as i am having some graphic problems related to my Nvidia GPU, driving me mental
Sometimes a full format might just get everything work again...,
good luck! -
thanks! yeah if I have no other choice I will do a full system restore, but first I need to get an external hard drive.
