    if i cant get it any suggested substitutes? must be under 4 pds and have dual core and a decent graphic engine. more then 80 gb hard drive

    check out there rating. they are one of the worst resellers. it's bait and switch they list having it and then dont. i went into the manhatten store on thursday and they've got none

    That really sucks man. I would suggest you come to Canada and get it, plently available here :).

    I could also recommend go to HP's website, look for resellers, there are loads for HP and all of them sell notebooks. You are bound to find resellers that sell Sony - I have done this and has worked for me before :p.

    I got my 160 by checking the compusa website. When I saw a "limited quantities" I called and had them hold the single sz160 they had. I picked it up the same day. Call them and check.

    120 is what im getting, I think its great. The battery life differences just dont matter anymore, people are getting 2 hours when its supposed to be 6 hours on non-premium! The weight is already to light to really matter.

    Only good thing in premium is the nicer LCD.
