    sony fw 31E graphics card..

    hi guys,

    i have a fw 31e, with the HD 3470 graphics card..

    i was playing command and conquer, and after about a couple of hours, the screen just went black and windows desktop came on..

    it said my graphics card has recovered from a major graphic display driver problem..

    what could be the problem? over heating?

    Overheating is probably is culprit here - playing for hours without end can really push your video card to the limits sometimes. Just to be safe, however, I would install the latest drivers for your video card. Even if it doesn't even help, at least you'll have the latest-'n-greatest drivers :D .
