I have problems with my wireless connection with my sony sz260. I have a belkin N1 and it works with my sony s and my wireless desktop. It says I'm connected but I don't get any internet. When I connect to my neighbors, I get connection and can surf on the internet but on my router I can't. I'm a noob at setting up networks and don't know what to do at all, but since I got my sz it says I have an IP conflict on my wired desktop.

Are there any drivers I can have to help me solve this, if so please link them!

You might be getting the same IP address as your desktop. Do you have DHCP enabled in your router? Also you could try manually assigning your laptop a different IP address then your desktop or sony s.
