    sony vaio LCD broken?

    Hey guys,
    im pretty annoyed, last weekend my friend dropped my backpack which had my sony vaio sz110 in it and now my lcd screen isnt working.

    here is the problem my computer boots up fine and i can faintly see all the windows and things but there is just no light or something going to the monitor. do you guys think this problem is fixable without buying a new lcd monitor? thanks guys

    If it uses CCFL, the light bulb probably broke. There's a chance that you can find a replacement bulb, but feel that it'll be hard to find.
