Hi I'm hoping someone can help

basically I want to upgrade the processor in my aw120 but I'm trying to figure out how to get the aw open and access the processor. Does anyone here know how to get it open and have access to the processor?

    any help is appreciated!

Hi goatslayer - try the sticky threads at the top of the forum for disassembly instructions. If not, try using your search engine of choice...

But a word of warning, some laptops have CPUs that are soldered onto the motherboard, so cannot be replaced without a proper machine lab.

With this AW model, once you opened the case, you can replace the CPU.
Some other SMALL laptops have CPU soldered, but NOT for this AW, 18' LCD.
