    hello, today i finally got my cable to allow me to do tv-out and watch films etc....on my big tv. plug it in etc....picks it up easy, well happy, but its in black and white on the tv, i cant for the life of me find a solution?? anyone got any suggestions please!!

    Looks like a TV color system (NTSC/PAL) mismatch between your TV and notebook. You have to set both to use the same standard. You can change the TV out standard of the notebook from display properties > Intel GMA driver (graphics properties).
