I recently deleted the sony recovery on hard drive by formating clean c drive  i have no back up dvd's ,but i managed to get the sony folder of the previos format with vaio recovery utility's in it by using a recovery software.
My question is if there is a way to make the back up dvd's ??
When i click the vaio recovery utility a error pops up saying PX.dll not found ....

Did you delete the recovery partition? Formating C: won't touch the other 2 hidden partitions. Install a clean Win 7 with all the utilities from Sony(Vaio Care is the one you're interested) and try VC to burn the DVDs or restore the factory image from that partition.
Other option is to call Sony.

Did you un-hide the recovery partition and then delete it? If not, it should still be there. Formatting C does not erase it. Try Hitting F10 when the machines boots - that will take you into the recovery options. If that is gone your only other choice if your back-up DVDs don' work is calling Sony.

That's good. It will stay about 10-15min at that point. It's normal. Just watch if HDD light it's on. It will pass and finish. Don't worry.

This was probably because the burn quality of the dvd was not good, you should make a new set of recovery disks using a high quality dvd "-R" right away :)
