This problem is simple - you didn't remove the battery before removing and replacing the screen and as such you have blown the backlight fuse on the motherboard. You will need to get the fuse replaced by a motherboard repair technician with experience of soldering smd components.
In future I suggest if you are going to attempt to change the screen yourself that you remove the battery before doing anything.
