I am getting an 2ghz processor, 1gb ram, 120gb hdd, webcam, bluetooth, integrated microphone on an sz340 for $1639 at newegg.com.

the same specs for sz440 comes around $1950 from an reputed internet seller.

is there any advantage on going for sz440 instead of sz430?

is it worth to spend the $300+ more on the sz440??

any big difference between the sz340 and sz440?

    thanks.

The only difference would be the 440 probably comes with Vista instead of XP.
