Laptop is a Sony VAIO VGN-SZ650N. Recently upgraded to Win 7 from Vista. Started having problems whenever I'd disconnect from power and try to use battery--laptop would freeze and I'd have to force shutdown. Ignored the problem until today, when I unplugged from power and got a BSOD, STOP error 0x000000F4 ("One of the many processes or threads crucial to system operation has unexpectedly exited or been terminated. As a result, the system can no longer function.") I haven't installed any new hardware or software lately, my guess is that I have a battery driver problem but don't know for sure. Any tips on what to do from here?
