    sony vcg v505-bl 100% cpu usage, heated left side. Please advise

    Hey there,
    I'm new to this forum & wondered if i could get some help. I have a laptop, that i have had for about 4 yrs. It seems to get very hot under the left handside. The fan is constantly whirring & it always seems to say 100% cpu usage. I just checked WTM & it says services.exe is approx 85%, this seems to be changing constantly & is between 73% & 85%. mcvsrte.exe is using up the remainder pretty much, except for a couple of 1% being used here & there. I know this is definitely a problem, but unfortunately am not very computer savvy & am hoping some1 could guide me. Any & all help, would be greatly appreciated. Thanx in advance.
