    hiiiii , actually i dont know from where i can start ok , i wos on the sony viao ok and sudden the laptop went out and nothing happend when i tryed to turn it on nothin happend even the charger did not apper , , and iam sure that the battery is pluged in , so really i need a help over her , you know what i feel like thers is a dead man over here (my laptop ) :mad:

    Unfortunately, you will need to work on your english a little :eek: It's a little difficult to understand what you are saying and some people won't even bother.

    sorry , i wos saying that i wos working on my laptop and the laptop power went out and untill now i canot get it on again , plz tr to help and even when i put the charger nothing happend

    remove the battery and try booting from the a/c only. if that does not work, then its highly probable that your charger or your mainboard is dead :(

    dead you mean ,no solution for it , how does iknow that the problem from the charger or from the motherboard

    Try a different charger? It can be fixed, but you have to send your laptop to sony's repair center. Is it still on warranty?

    You can also remove the battery and leave the laptop unplugged for hours before you try again.

    i'll try that hope it can help's i'll tell you what happend soon after a few hr's

    after removing the batery for many hr's it worked and then sudden i removed the charger the problem still

    I fear its a h/w fault. Take it to the nearest sony service center

    When you first had the problem (as in post #1), was it on battery power or on AC power?

    If it was on battery, it could be a bad battery. Either way, I recommend you get in touch with Sony Support as you will ultimately have to go through them anyway.

    Calling seems to be much better than emailing.

    the 1st time that happend wos on AC , and after i removed the battery for few hr's and pluged it again it works on ac , but i left the laptop on charger for 4 or 5 hr's and charging still zero so i removed the charger and try to put it again the problem back again untill now :-s , plz try to help coz no sony service here , try to help , even by saying posiblity's
