I recently purchased a Sony SZ440 with a 1.66Ghz c2d. Running the standard install of windows vista business, it idles at about 54C... too hot to run on the lap. I have undervolted it as far as it will go, stability be damned... problem persists. Any suggestions? Similar problems?
