Is this just standard ddr2 sodimm laptop memory?
And if I have the one with the 1gig already, I have to remove the whole thing to put in 2gigs, right?

    if you have 120 P , correct
i just don't know about other models.
    it's regular ddr2 PC4200 memory.
i bought 1 GB memory from 4allmemory.com for about 100$ and works fine.

mine came with 2x512mb. I put in the Mushkin 2gb kit from Newegg (166 bucks, I think). I doubt 667 ram will make a difference, though there is a lot of disagreement about whether it will or not.

I put the Mushkin in as well. Great stuff.

I'm sure any difference would not be noticeable in 95% of the apps. I use, is at all.
