So first it was my keyboard not working. Sent it in, got it fixed. Now my Wifi died. It just won't work. Also the leds don't work. No power lights. No battery lights. No Wlan and bluetooth lights (well, the wifi is busted so thats expected).

Anybody else getting all these issues or did I just get stuck with a lemon? Now to send it in for another repair. I really do like this laptop, just wish it'd work properly more often.

Sounds like a lemon to me. I've seen people report several individual problems, but not a rash of them on one computer like you have. I don't know how far you'll get but I'd probably press the issue and try to get it replaced with a comparable current model since they no longer offer the SZ110 (although they may be able to offer you a refurb).

*sigh* So I got my laptop back and now there's this very tiny smudge that is off center towards the upper left of the screen. I can't wipe it off, it seems to be from behind or something. Also, the right edge of the screen seems darker than before. On top of that, I discovered a tiny scratch too. All of these things are minor and normally I would just live with it, but this wasn't there before I sent it in for repairs!

I called Sony Support to try to get this fixed. They told me they don't cover lcd's and put me on hold for over an hour. I finally hung up and called back. Now they're going let me ship my laptop back to them for evaluation. I was told if they decided it wasn't their fault, they wouldn't fix it. :(

How they could possibly determine the fault of it from examining the screen, I have no idea. All I just know is that the screen was fine before i sent it in and it wasn't when I got it back. I spent a lot of money on this laptop. It's not even a year old. I've barely even got to use it in the past few months with all the issues that keep popping up. I am not a happy customer.

I feel your anguish and despair. I hope this time everything will go well. :)
