This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    sz140 out of stock?

    after reading the forums on notebookreview.com for a couple of months, i finally decided to buy an sz140. much to my dismay, when i tried adding my configured sz140 to the cart on sonystyle.com, i got a "configuration not available" message. grr, after i had waited all this time too. has anybody heard when they are gonna start shipping the 140 again? i emailed sonystyle but have yet to get a response. im wondering if they are gonna wait until they release the upgraded models here in the states.....

    on a different note, does anybody know if the $89 case for the sony sz160 fits the 140? i would expect it to, but the 140 is not listed under compatible models.

    No need to worry. Portableone.com has SZ140s AND SZ160s for sale. They're really trustworthy and the customer service people are really friendly and respond really quickly.
