Just got a sz330, and am not able to connect to internet. I'm on comcast high speed cable. Im currently using my old notebook to go online and typing this message. I tried disabling the norton internet security that came with it cuz it was giving all kinds of alert messages about ports, but without luck getting connected to internet. Any advice? Thanks in advance

Couple questions. Do you have a wireless router or are you going to use a wired connection? In either case, when you click on start>control panel>network connections>"Select you type of connection" and then right-click the mouse button.
From the menu that pops-up see if it says "Enable" and click this option. If it says "Disable" then select "Repair".
Once that is done and the IP is renewed try opening IExplorer and see if you can connect. If not then we need to check you "firewall" program. -
First of all, are you trying to connect to a wireless network or wired network? If you are trying to connect to a wired network maybe check to see if your network cable is working because sometime cables get warned out and it just doesn't work. Next you should check to see if your Norton Anti Virus to block internet explorer or whichever web browser you are using. In order to check to see if you did block your web browser in Norton you simply click on the firewall then click on all programs to check which program did you BLOCK ALL on. If that doesn't help maybe check your router because you might forget to open more ports for your network. If you don't know how to go into your router then you click start and open run. After you open run you should type in cmd. Afterwards inside the command screen type in ipconfig /all to see your gateway ip address. After you get your ip address simply go on the web browser and type that in then it should bring you a screen that ask for your user name and password. When you are on the router screen you can simply add more ports by clicking application and enable more ports.
If you are using a wireless network maybe check on your network card to see if it is busted. In order to check that all you need is to right click on my computer and click on property. When you open the screen click on hardware tab then device manager to see if you see an exclamation mark next to your network card. If that is the case that means your network card is not running properly and you will need to buy a new network card to replace it. If that doesn't work you should check your router once again to see if you open enough ports for all your computers. I hope I can help and if there's any questions you can just send me a message.
