For the sz650 sony estimates between 3-6 hours. Just wondering what a realistic expectation is. Can I get 4 hours on integrated surfing the web? How different will the battery life between integrated and the nvidia 8400 be?

You should always cut manufacturer's battery life estimates in half. And if you are using speed mode on the SZ, cut it by two-thirds.
