    sz6 windows 7 official drivers?

    I saw that some Sony windows 7 drivers were now online. I was just wondering if the drivers for the sz6 are available?

    You won't get any drivers for Windows 7 with the SZ.

    Actually the US website for Windows 7 drivers hasn't ruled anything out. From what I can see SZ drivers will probably be made, they might just not be released straight away.

    I just put in '640' cause it was the first '6' one there since I don't know your exact model.

    Most of common Sony drivers and utilities are available here

    Infact, I have a fully functional 64-bit Win 7 RC in my FZ and Sony is yet to provide driver support for Windows 7 (that won't happen mostly). You can install most Vista drivers without any problem.

    u mean a lot of drivers for vista x86 will work on win 7 x64?

    Vista x64 drivers will work for Win 7 x64 of course. I've got a working installation of Win 7 Enterprise x64 on a SZ6. That was for about 3 months ago and I've managed to find drivers for all the devices then. All of them were engineered for Vista x64. The only thing that didn't work was Smart Network Utility, which was a pity. However I didn't try the later releases of NSU. Maybe there is a newer version which is ok.
