This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    to those that have bought ONLINE from sonystyle.com, how was the packaging of the notebook? was it packaged in a discrete-looking, plain box? reason i'm asking is that i've heard of companies shipping packages with just their manufactured box, so those transporting knows the contents of the package! i mean, i could always get insurance. also, anyone think it's worth the hassle to buy directly from sonystyle.com in terms of returns, repairs, COST? any info would be greatly appreciated! thanks
