Just wondering.. what's better for the computer and battery?

Should I charge it fully, then use the laptop UPLUGGED till battery runs out, and then re-plug it?
Or should I constantly keep it plugged?

Also, if the laptop should be kept plugged, should I shut down, or hibernate?

    thx

You shoudl leave it plugged in, as cycling the battery will wear it down. When not using it, you can do whatever you want, depends on how you use it. I like standby though, there's not really a need to turn it off.
