    Hey guys.

I am trying to flash or upload a file to my satellite receiver through a usb to serial adapter cable. However, in the middle of it uploading, the tz crashes and I get a blue screen.

It's the previous top of the line tz, 1.2 ghz, 32 gb, 2 mb ram vista version by the way.

Due to it being a ulv ultraportable, is it just not built to handle this kind of task or something. I had an older compaq presario celeron xp that was able to do this no problem so I don't know what gives.

Does anybody know what I can do to prevent this?

    Thanks.
