Sorry for different posts. Its different issues so I figure its better to show it as a new post.

I'm doing the systerm restore (F10), same as my old SZ that I used to own. besides taking hours to complete, I noticed a few times it stopped saying the installation failed. it says "to try again" or "it completed correctly". I've been saying it completed correctly. Is that the correct thing to do since I can't individually correct the installation? I'm hoping to just remove the bloatware once this is done, then just dload from sony all the updates to their softwares.

Yeah happens to me too on my SZ for the sonic stage install...
But on the TZ, before all this software installation starts, there is no option to cancel it? I mean just hit the cancel button (they let you like 10s to do that before the installation begins) and you will end with a clean Windows install... You will still get napster and some other shortcuts on desktop but nothing too annoying...

wait, youre saying I can do a clean install that way or you're wishing they gave an option to do a clean install that way?
